Microcontrollers manage power use in battery applications.
Operating from 1.8-5.5 V with up to 16 MIPS throughput, AVR® Microcontrollers feature 32 Kb self-programmable flash memory, 2 Kb SRAM, 1 Kb EEPROM, 10-bit ADC, and I2C compatible 2-wire interface. With built-in LCD controller, 64-pin ATmega 329P and 100-pin ATmega 3290P models drive 3.3 V LCD from battery voltage of 1.8 V or higher. ATmega325P and ATmega 3250P have no LCD controller, and suit I/O, high connectivity, and ultra-low power applications.
