Used to automate loading of tube shears or saw cut off machinery, dial loader is designed for continuous processing of various shaped tubing. Loader handles complete bundles of mill length tubing, which is supported by 4 heavy-duty steel arms with nylon rotary dials positioned at ends. Split design dials accommodate up to 24 different sizes/shapes while orienting tubing for optimal cutoff angle, such as 45° for square and 30° for rectangular tubing.
